Effects:
- Daily Tonics: Each dawn, roll 1d4 to determine the bandolier's loaded tonics (you learn the result):
- Emberdraft - Bonus action: gain +10 ft movement and deal +1d6 cold damage as snowflakes erupt from your strike on your next weapon hit. Additional movement speed lasts until the additional damage is dealt from the draft.
- Snowglass Elixir - Reaction: gain +2 AC against one attack. An icy veil shields you.
- Tinsel Mist - Action: create a 10-ft lightly obscured cloud until the end of your next turn. Sparkling clouds of mist obscure the area with cinnamon on the air.
- Fizzy Aether - Bonus action: immediately stand up from prone and ignore difficult terrain this turn. Ethereal ice skates bound to your feet for the turn.
- Each tonic can be used once, refreshing daily.
Flavor: He cannot fly—but he can still make the air around him angry.
